Pp pe film cleaner with cost-effectiveness

Product Description

Ordinary pp pe film cleaner has unstable structure, low cost-effectiveness and low efficiency in the plastic recycling.Use Haorui brand of it,all are solved. The pp pe film woven bag washer is a high-efficiency cleaning system designed for plastic recycling plants that process post-consumer and post-industrial polypropylene (pp) and polyethylene (pe) materials. It is suitable for washing plastic films, woven bags, agricultural films, packaging film, fertilizer bags, raffia, flexible packaging waste, and other contaminated flexible plastics. The washer removes dirt, sand, dust, organic residues, labels, paper, and other surface contaminants before the material enters the drying, pelletizing,or extrusion stages.By improving the cleanliness of recycled plastic flakes, the system helps enhance the stability and quality of the downstream recycling process. Key Features Designed for PP and PE Flexible Plastics The pp film washing machine is engineered for commonly recycled flexible plastic materials, including: - Pp woven bags and raffia - Pe agricultural film - Ldpe and LLDPE packaging film - Stretch film and shrink film - Shopping bags and plastic sacks - Fertilizer and cement bags - Post-industrial film scrap - Mixed flexible plastic waste The equipment can be integrated into a complete plastic recycling line or operated as part of a customized washing and pelletizing system. Efficient Contaminant Removal During the washing process, plastic material is exposed to mechanical friction, turbulent water flow, and controlled agitation. These actions help remove: - Soil and sand - Dust and mud - Food and organic residue - Oil and grease - Paper and label fragments - Fine particles and loose debris - Other surface contamination For heavily contaminated materials, the pp/pe film washing machine can be combined with friction washing, hot washing, flotation separation, and centrifugal drying equipment. High-Intensity Washing Action The machine uses a robust rotor or agitation system to create strong material-to-material and material-to-water friction. This intensive washing action improves the cleaning performance of lightweight films and woven bags, which can be difficult to process due to their flexible structure and tendency to float or wrap around rotating components. Continuous Operation Designed for industrial recycling applications, the film woven bag cleaning system supports continuous feeding and discharge. It can be connected with conveyors, plastic crusher machines, plastic recycling granulator machines, dewatering machines, thermal dryers, and extruders to form an automated plastic recycling line. Durable Construction The system is manufactured with heavy-duty components suitable for demanding recycling environments.Wear-resistant contact parts and a reinforced frame help support long-term operation when processing abrasive or contaminated plastic waste. Depending on the application, the washing chamber and wear parts can be manufactured using materials selected for corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and extended service life. Adjustable Processing Parameters Washing intensity, residence time, water flow, and material throughput can be adjusted according to the type and contamination level of the feedstock. This allows the pp pe film washing system to process different grades of pp and pe film and woven bag waste. Water and Energy Efficiency The system is designed to use water efficiently through controlled circulation and filtration. In a complete recycling system, process water can be collected, treated, and reused to reduce water consumption and operating costs. The polypropylene polyethylene bag recycler may also be configured with variable-speed drives and optimized motor systems to help reduce energy use during normal operation. Working Process 1. Feeding Pp pe film or woven bag waste is conveyed into the recycling machine after sorting, bale breaking,or preliminary shredding. 2. Size Reduction Large bags and film pieces may be shredded or granulated to create a more uniform material size and improve washing efficiency. 3. Intensive Washing The material enters the pp woven bag recycling machine, where mechanical agitation and water friction loosen dirt, sand, organic residue, and other contaminants. 4.Contaminant Separation Heavy particles and suspended contaminants are separated from the plastic material through water flow, sedimentation, screening,or flotation processes. 5. Rinsing and Dewatering The washed plastic is transferred to a dewatering machine or centrifugal dryer to remove excess water before thermal drying or extrusion. 6.Drying and Recycling The cleaned material can be dried, compacted, stored,or sent directly to a plastic pelletizing line for melt filtration and extrusion. Advantages for Plastic Recycling Plants - Improves the cleanliness of recycled PP and PE material - Helps protect downstream extruders and pelletizing equipment - Reduces contamination-related defects in recycled pellets - Supports continuous industrial production - Suitable for both post-consumer and post-industrial plastic waste - Can be integrated into complete washing and pelletizing lines - Adjustable for different contamination levels and material types - Helps improve the consistency and market value of recycled plastic Typical Applications The pp pe film cleaner is suitable for recycling operations that process: - Agricultural plastic film - Post-consumer packaging film - PP woven sacks - Plastic shopping bags - Industrial wrapping film - Flexible packaging waste - Used fertilizer bags - Plastic waste collected from commercial and municipal sources System Integration The pp pe film woven bag washer can be used together with the following equipment: - Belt conveyor - Bale breaker - Magnetic separator - Pre-shredder - Plastic film crusher or granulator - Trommel or vibrating screen - Friction washer - Hot washing tank - Float-sink separation tank - Dewatering machine - Thermal dryer - Agglomerator or densifier - Extruder and pelletizer - Process-water filtration and treatment system A customized configuration can be developed according to the feedstock type, contamination level, required output, available space, and desired recycling capacity. Product Description Summary The pp pe film woven bag washer is a reliable cleaning solution for plastic recycling plants handling contaminated flexible plastics. With strong washing action, continuous operation, durable construction, and flexible system integration,it helps prepare pp and pe film and woven bag waste for efficient drying, extrusion, and pellet production. It is an ideal choice for recycling companies seeking to improve material cleanliness, stabilize production, and produce higher-quality recycled plastic products.
